Please read all of the registration policies below before completing the registration form.

ChoMUN does not require payment until allocations, so we encourage schools to register as soon as they know they will attend. For any comments or questions, please email dda@chomun.org to contact the Director of Delegate Affairs, Julian Moreno.

Once you have submitted the registration form, you will receive a detailed invoice by email within 2 business days. The email will serve as confirmation of your registration and will contain detailed payment instructions. If you have any concerns regarding registration, or if you do not receive an invoice via email, please contact Julian Moreno, the Director of Delegate Affairs, at dda@chomun.org

  • Any school attending ChoMUN for the first time is eligible for special first-time registration rates. Eligible schools will receive a heavily-discounted delegation fee of $50 regardless of the time of registration.

    Schools which have historically supported ChoMUN and consistently return to our conference are eligible for discounted fees.

  • ChoMUN accepts payments by check or by credit card. Payment instructions for both methods will be sent out by email with the invoice after registration.

    Please note that all credit card payments include an additional 5% fee to offset credit transaction costs.

  • All outstanding payments are due at 11:59 PM CST on March 5, 2027. Registrants who have not submitted payment or proof of payment will not be allowed to attend conference. If a payment extension is needed, please contact dda@chomun.org.

  • Schools will not receive their committee and position assignments until after we have received proof of payment, or proof that the school’s funding board has approved payment. Early registrants will be given precedence in committee allocations, according to their preferences.

  • Upon registration, delegates will be provided with a hotel passkey link to book rooms at the Palmer House for a reduced price.

    Any delegation not staying at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel during ChoMUN XXX will be subject to a hotel exclusivity fee of $50 per delegate and/or advisor per night. This fee will be waived in the event that the Palmer House hotel reaches capacity.

    Schools in the Chicagoland area are exempt from this requirement. The Secretariat may create exemptions for specific schools upon request.

  • Small delegations are any delegation bringing 1-12 delegates. Independent delegates are welcome to attend ChoMUN XXX and will be eligible to win individual awards,

    Large delegations are any delegation bringing 13 or more delegates to ChoMUN XXX.

    To be eligible for a delegation award, your delegation must bring at least 5 delegates.

    Delegation sizes will be calculated based on the number of delegates to check-in to ChoMUN XXX on conference weekend, not on the number of delegates that register

  • ChoMUN welcomes delegations from all around the world to attend our conference. If individuals attending university or residing outside of the United States are interested in attending ChoMUN please fill out the registration form linked above. If you have any concerns about travel, or require a letter of invitation, please contact the Director of Delegate Affairs at dda@chomun.org


Delegation Reductions and Refunds:

If you need to alter the size of your delegation for any reason before ChoMUN, contact dda@chomun.org as soon as possible. Increasing your delegation size will not result in additional fees beyond the delegate fee at the time of the addition. A reduction in delegation size does entitle your delegation to a partial refund of your advisor and delegate fees, depending on the date you request the change. Delegation fees are non-refundable.

If your request to alter your size is approved, you will be issued a new invoice from the Director of Delegate Affairs.
