Hotel Booking for ChoMUN XXX will open soon
For the 14th year in a row, ChoMUN is proud to partner with the historic Palmer House Hilton in downtown Chicago. Room Rate
ChoMUN is proud to offer a special rate of $201/night for a four-person room to all of our conference attendees staying at the Palmer House Hilton. For any additional questions, contact dda@chomun.org.
Hotel Exclusivity Fee
Any delegation not staying at the Palmer House during ChoMUN XXX will be subject to a hotel exclusivity fee of $50 per delegate and/or advisor, per night. Chicagoland schools will not be required to pay this fee if you choose to stay on your own campus for the duration of the conference. Additionally, should the Palmer House Hilton reach capacity, exclusivity fees will also be waived.

How to Book
When hotel booking opens, we will send each delegation that has already registered a hotel passkey link to book rooms at the Palmer House for the reduced price. After hotel booking opens, delegates will receive the passkey on registration. When hotel booking opens, we will provide detailed instructions on how to book a room with the hotel passkey on this page of the ChoMUN website.
Hotel booking will open before the end of the Regular Registration period.
