Coachellateral Damage: Coachella Organizing Committee, 2026
The sun beats down on the Indio desert. The bass shakes the ground. Influencers are posting, celebrities are arriving, and 100,000 people are waiting for the biggest act of the weekend. You stand in the middle of it all watching your creation come alive: the most talked-about music festival on earth.
Welcome to Coachella! Where the music is hot, and so is the weather, and every decision you make could either save the festival or destroy it in real time. From heatwaves and VIP disasters to artist tantrums, labor strikes, refund riots, and PR nightmares, every decision you make will shape the future of the festival. One badly worded statement could tank the festival's reputation overnight. One smart move could save millions of dollars and keep Weekend 2 alive.
This committee throws you directly into the world of celebrity culture, corporate crisis management, and internet-fueled disaster. Delegates will negotiate with unions, manage sponsorships, calm angry residents, respond to viral TikToks, and somehow keep the “vibe” alive while social media watches every move. With mechanics like the Vibe Meter, hidden artist contract clauses, and a limited festival budget, this committee rewards creativity, adaptability, and quick thinking under pressure.
By Sunday night, Coachella will either become legendary… or a case study in public disaster.
